The Experience Behind MissionSpire
My career has included senior leadership roles as CFO, Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Membership across nonprofit, corporate, and public-sector organizations. My responsibilities have encompassed budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow planning, audits, grants, internal controls, board reporting, human resources, facilities, insurance, operational planning, and organizational decision-making.
My experience in membership leadership added another important dimension: understanding the relationship between member engagement, membership revenue, and organizational financial performance. Membership trends, retention, and participation have direct implications for budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and long-term sustainability.
